Allen Residential was established in 2005 by James Allen

His background comes from working since the age of 19 as a trainee estate agent for a local independant estate agency.

Thereafter, he spent a couple of years working for a large independant estate agency in Bath where he learnt most of his trade and latterly joined one of the oldest and most respected independant estate agencies in the area as a Branch Manager for their Chew Magna office.

After 5 years in this job it became clear to James that he would not get the opportunity that perhaps he had hoped for within the timeframe that he sought & he then decided to set up his own Estate Agency

Having worked within the immediate environment for over 15 years, Director James Allen has a wealth of knowledge and experience with the Chew Valley and surrounding Somerset area.

Dealing with a wide variety of property, Allen Residential currently practice Residential Sales & Lettings, Financial services and asset management, plus land acquisitions and sales. This wide and diverse area of expertise is coupled with the vast experience of his financial & asset advisors and rental professionals, each specialising in one client focussed industry.
